Kdln Mitos Composition

Italian brand Kdln has reinvented the system of spotlights on tensioned cables with the Mitos collection.

These are no longer cables stretched between two walls, but lights fixed to the ceiling or wall where two low-voltage electric wires run between them to power them. This system gives free rein to your imagination when it comes to arranging the light points, and not just in a straight line.

On this page we offer you Kdln Mitos as a Kit, ready to install, with the option of choosing the number of directional spotlights you need, as well as the desired cable length.

The power supply base includes a transformer, variable in intensity (Triac), with a maximum authorised power of 75W. The maximum power accepted for LED bulbs will depend on the number of spotlights chosen and the safety margin coefficient. You will find different examples in the "Multiple composition" photo.

The electrical wire proposed for Mitos is 10 metres or 30 metres long. As you need an electrical wire for the positive and an electrical wire for the negative, you can either take 2 x 10m or 2 x 30m, or you can cut this wire in half to give 2 x 5m or 2 x 15m.
